35) SWOC analysis of the department and Future
plans
:
Strength –
Prof. Dr. D. A. More has completed Ph.D. as well as he has published 7 books as
syllabus and reference books.
Prof J.D. Mane has done spiritual guidance on the subject „Saints Humanism Works‟
in the perspective of social awareness. Then he has delivered lectures on different
subjects.
Modi Lipi Course.
Students seminar
Weaknesses –
Student get married earlier so the quality of students is decreased. Because of the less
opportunities in job getting students don‟t prefer this subject.
Opportunities –
After B.A. students can do M.A. by doing M.A., B.Ed. in English medium, they can
be teachers, lecturers as a job opportunity.
By having the subject students may prepare for M.P.S.C. and U.P.S.C.
Students can do „Naukari Tourism‟.
(332)
Constraints –
By doing M.A.,B.Ed. (Marathi Medium) students are unable to get a job so they are
neglecting the subject.
Future Plan –
We have planned to increase the number of students.
Individual guidance of students are planned to improve the quality.
Students are being encouraged to face competitive exams.
