Evaluation Question 4

Microsoft publisher

Firstly I opened publisher, then went to insert and shape and selected the

rectangle tool. Then I chose to fill the rectangle with

black. This is how I made the strap at the top of the

magazine.

Then I used word art to add the text “best for sky and Virgin” to the strap

To add a background I went to page design, then background and selected

a two colour gradient background.

I used word art again to create the masthead in a clear bold font. I also annotated where my main image would be placed.

I went to insert and shapes and chose a 16 point star to include a feature image, this is stereotypical of TV&Satelitte weekly.

I used a textbox to make a list of features included in the magazine. I also used insert to create a diamond shape to put another soap photo inside, this is also conventional of TV&Satelitte magazine.

I added word art and the name of my soap and a caption form the soap trailer.

I added a barcode to make my magazine more professional and seem a quality product.
