Evaluation of the day of the presentation

On the day of the presentation we were all very nervous and did not know what was going to happen and just wanted to get it over and down with. So after school before we start and everyone arrive we had to get everything ready. We had to get the food, drinks and plates on a table for the audience if they are hungry. We also had to get the flyers and questionnaires on the table where the audience will be sitting so they can look at it. We manage to do this in time with some help from level 2’s and then when everyone came and was settled we then begin with our presentation. The presentation was about six or eight minutes long and we all spoke very loud and clear and presented our presentation the best we could to our audience. However I think our presentation would be better if we didn’t all stand next to each other in one corner because it look kind of messy and we shouldn’t of read from the board and make stare at our audience all the way through the presentation. After it was over the asked us some questions and we answered them, they then answered the questions in the questionnaire that was handed to them in the beginning. After this we showed some people to see the murals then it was finish and everyone went home.
