Focus on ROI- Should have focused digital channels with payout/ returns in mind
Non-traditional digital channels/platforms- Can act as a differentiator provided they make business sense (for example: the first truly digital shoe, linked to a healthcare app on your phone)
Time-to-market- Short timelines for implementations would be preferred
Clear alignment of focus on objective- Strategy should focus on maximizing revenues
