How to distribute the budget

• Recommended starting date:
• Grant: up to 60% small enterprises, 50% medium sized, 40% large 75% of the grant is paid in advance every year, remaining 25% after justification of expenses
• How? Convocatoria Interempresas Internacional = CIIP – Official national funding call according to Spanish regulation on grants
– Call is open immediately after the endorsement of projects – during 10 working days
– 1 application for each Spanish participant in Spanish to justify the budget. NO aditional technical evaluation
• Participant´s budget: cannot be higher than the budget in the Eurostars application
• Non-fundable tasks: – Dissemination, entry into market, commercialization. End users not involved in R&D tasks (TRL>6)
– Management Work Packages (management costs can be included in technical WP)
