Reporting period
Interim report:
Official starting date is 1st of January 2011. Only costs incurred within this period will be eligible (until the 31st of March of 2012).
The deadline to deliver the documents to and figures to us is 11th of May of 2012.
The interim report of the EWA project should be delivered to the EAHC on next May 31st at the latest by GENCAT.

Recommendations
Revise carefully your budget and tasks and, if needed, send to GENCAT any comments or requests in the coming month.
Afford some scanned copies: Boarding passes, e-ticket or agency invoice for the
trip. Salary rates 2011-2012 and pay slips of all the staff
