Depending on the number of dogs entered for the championship the breeds can be moved to another day. The team leader of every country will be informed about rescheduling 8 days after the entry deadline at the latest.

Veterinary control: - For dogs competing on Thursday: Wednesday from 13.00 until 16.00 - For dogs competing on Friday: Thursday from 14.00 until 17.00 - For dogs competing on Saturday: Friday from 14.00 until 17.00 - For dogs competing on Sunday: Saturday from 14.00 until 17.00 Vet requirements: Valid EU vaccination passport which has to be presented at each veterinary control.

Only rabies vaccination is mandatory, administered at least 21 days before transferring into The Netherlands. Validity of the rabies vaccination is equal to the expiry date in the vaccination passport.

Identification: The dog must have a readable microchip or readable tattoo.

Control measurement: Whippets and Italian Sighthounds which are not registered in the CdL database with a control measurement on an FCI title event will be control measured (FCI regulations §1.5.1 and §1.5.3). These control measurements will be supervised by the FCI delegate of this event.

CdL Sprinter Winner: For Italian Sighthound sprinters and Whippet sprinters. See FCI regulations §1.4.2.

section 8. and 9. for the height limits and §4.6 Sprinter event titles. Coursing distance: For Cirneco dell’Etna, Italian Sighthound and Whippet 600 – 800 meters, for all other

breeds 800 – 1000 meters. Small variations of the above distances are tolerated. (FCI regulations §4.12.2)

Terrain and ground: Two fields on sand (Ronostrand beach), one field on grass (large meadow, natural flat

terrain) Type of lure: Lure pulled over pulleys

Doping tests: Doping tests will be executed according to the FCI regulations §1.10 Liability: According to FCI regulations §1.11 Admission: - Maximum 6 dogs per country, per breed and gender.

- If there are six dogs per gender and per breed at the start in the FCI Championship, one title can be awarded to the male winner and another to the female winner. If fewer than six dogs of either gender participate, dogs and bitches must compete together and only one title will be awarded (FCI regulations § 4.11). - If a total of fewer than six dogs and bitches of any breed at the start, no title will be given. In spite of this the FCI delegate together with the Jury can decide to award the title if the circumstances so require. The prizes which have been announced will be awarded (FCI regulations § 4.11).

- If there are less than four dogs at the start, this particular breed cannot participate in the FCI Championship (FCI regulations § 4.11). - The qualifying period for competing dogs with only one result registered in the license book at the entry deadline, is extended from the entry deadline (August 20th, 2021) until two weeks before the start of the event (October 7th, 2021) - To be entered any sighthound must have completed the last two races or lure coursing events before the deadline, or applicable the extended deadline, of the entry without disqualification. - A disqualification between the entry closing date, or applicable the extended deadline, and the date of the championship precludes participation.

Qualification: Qualification runs completed before the age limit set forth in paragraph 1.4.2 is reached are invalid (FCI regulations §4.8.3)

Entry deadline: The entry deadline for registering for ECC2021 is August 20th, 2021, end of the day

Entries: Entries can only be done by the dog owner's national organization. Entries can only

be sent in via the official Excel file, which is sent in advance, attached with this invitation.

Entry fee: €60,00 per dog Payment: - The entry fees of €60,00 per dog have to be payed by bank transfer to the

organizer, as cash money is not corona-proof. - Payment has to be made by the national organizations within 7 days after the closing date (due date: August 27th 2021). - If the ECC2021 has to be cancelled due to the local COVID-19 situation, there is a non-refundable amount of the entry fee of €35,00

CACIL allocation: CACIL will be awarded according to the FCI regulations §5. When the National Organization on the registration form indicates that the dog is entitled to receive CACIL, this is accepted as evidence.

ECC2021 catalogue: The ECC2021 catalogue can be purchased on site.

Camping: All camping facilities will be provided by Camping Ronostrand. As every year, the campsite will be divided in different country areas, which will be determined depending on the number of participants from the different countries. Camping Ronostrand is an exceptionally luxurious ECC ground, all necessary and thinkable services are available. All camping spots will include electricity, use of toilets and showers, free WiFi (if within reach), taxes, persons and of course all dogs you take. The ECC2021 camping site is available for caravans, campers and tents. All of these facilities are included in the standard ECC-price of €25,00 per night Depending on availability it’s possible to make a reservation of a camping spot with private sanitary facilities. These spots are limited and outside the country areas. The additional costs for an extra luxury spot will be €15,00 per night. It’s not possible to make a reservation for these extra luxury spots via the general link mentioned below. These spots need to be reserved directly with Ronostrand. Other information: - The use of a muzzle is compulsory for all breeds. - Red and white jackets are compulsory; text, signs or other attributes that can be used to identify are not allowed on the jackets. - Country flags or signal-/ bright colours on the dogs’ leg-tapes are not allowed. - Dogs must be kept on leash at all times. Please clean up after your dogs! Violation of these rules will result in a penalty of €20,00. - First aid resources will be available on spot. - In case of an eventual cancellation of the event, beyond the organizer's responsibility, no liability will be taken.
