CONFERENCE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICYFull registration fees are refundable if registrant cancels before January 18, 2017. An administrative fee of $150 will be deducted from fees for cancellations postmarked or received by fax or e-mail on or after January 18, 2017 through January 31, 2017. Refund requests will not be considered after this date. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to SLS, attention Lauren Frede ([email protected]), and received by the appropriate date. Refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 weeks after the conference.

Take a journey to find out what happens behind-the-scenes at Disney’s Animal Kingdom®! During this program, you’ll get an insider’s look at conservation, animal nutrition and medicine, animal care and behavioral studies. Highlights for this two-hour tour include visits to a backstage animal housing area, the Animal Nutrition Center, the Veterinary Hospital and a ride on Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction. The majority of this program takes place behind-the-scenes – there may be no opportunity to view animals. Please note: no photos will be allowed in behind-the-scenes areas. Includes transportation to and from Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Due to its behind-the-scenes nature, participants must be ages 12 and over. Special Needs: Program is a walking tour with some moderate stair climbing.
