Following the launch of the Barcelona Partnership in 1995, a range of regional networks emerged.

• Euro-Med Human Rights Network (est. 1997), to support and publicise universal principles of human rights as expressed by Barcelona Declaration

• Euro-Med Heritage, (est. 1998) promoting and protecting the material and immaterial heritage of Mediterranean countries

•Euro-Med Youth Platform (est. 2003), supporting networking between young people and youth associations

•COPEAM, a forum of exchange of know-how and active cooperation between audio-visual operators
