CHALLENGES• Improvement required in

the overall punctuality of the airport operation.

• Disparate command and control of airport operations resource management and ground-handler mobile resource administration.

• Achieving compliance to EUROCONTROL SESAR A-CDM program.

SITA SOLUTIONS• SITA performed the design and

consultancy, including analysis of airport processes and creating Airport CDM concepts.

• SITA provided the multi-stakeholder and integrated control center technology infrastructure.

• SITA provided the Runway Performance Manager (RPM), which identifies capacity constraints, and is central to the ACC.

Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH decided to take measures to improve the punctuality at the airport.
