devised a mechanism of Nominating Top 100 in each Category of the country for

the year 2018 - 19 to be awarded in the month of Jan 2020 in the presence of

High Dignitaries of Haryana Govt. and Department of Education in a Gala Event in

Chandigarh in Jan 2020. It is for the 1st time in India that an Award has been

announced for all these categories where the Schools, School Principals and

School Teachers will be assessed, appreciated and awarded for their hard Work.

This award will not be to only honor the worthy but also motivate them to put in

extra effort to be even better in future.

THE AWARD PROCESS

Step I: Submission of Nomination online or filled in, scanned and to be sent by 31st Dec. 2019 Step II: Scrutiny, Short-listing & Selection of Nominations by Assessment Jury Step III: Telephonic Interaction with applicants over phone for validation of data if required Step IV: Sharing of Result with the Winners over Email & Phone by 5th of Jan. 2020 Step V: Distribution of Award in a Gala Event in Chandigarh in Jan 2020

*Nominee may be Owner/Chairman/Director/Principal/Centre Head of the school.

** Photos of the school include: Front View, Reception Area, Activity Room, Any 2 Classrooms & Community work etc.

*** Payment Proof may be scan copy of DD/Neft before depositing/Bank Deposit Slip/Snapshot of NEFT Transfer

APPLICATION FEE INR 500* (Rupees Five Hundred only) This is Application Processing & Scrutiny Fee which is Mandatory. It is inclusive of 18 % GST.

*If Selected for Award, the Awardee has to make an contribution towards function as per decided by the

management and will be intimated telephonically.
