From initial enquiry, our dedicated system designers will undertake a full evaluation of your exact requirements, carry out a site survey where required, produce a detailed report, design specifications and quotations together, if necessary, with any associated drawings. E U Fire & Security understand the need for flexibility in the market sector, and will endeavour to design a system to accommodate all your requirements, ensuring the proposals, and prices meet with your full expectations and agreement.

COMMISSION

BS 5839 -1:2002 recommends that a fire alarm installation should be fully commissioned to ensure satisfactory operation and the commissioning should be carried out by a competent person with detailed experience of the standards and the products installed.

E U Fire & Security provide an in-depth knowledge of the products, and a wide experience of its applications that would ensure compliance with the code, together with a service that is both cost effective and reliable. In addition to the standard commissioning services, we also offer 3rd Party accreditation to BAFE SP203.

TRAINING

We want our customers to get maximum benefit from the systems we offer and consider support and training an essential element of our services. We offer hands-on product training at various venues around the U.K. including our Head Office in Rochdale, so that your staff are fully up to speed with new systems before they go live.

From basic fire detection design, to detailed training for specific requirements, we offer in partnership with the FIA tailor made training courses, which offer real and tangible benefits for all involved in fire protection, from designer to user. The modular approach of the courses provides a number of stand alone units that allow delegates to choose the training best suited to their needs. For those involved in continual professional development the courses are registered with CIBSE providing CPD points, plus all the training course material is regularly updated to take account of changes in standards, legislation and technology.
