Need Many institutions offer different certificates/
job role qualifications separately
The value of a certificate is much higher if
(a) it is linked to an accreditation association with members of many countries in the board
(b) it is based on a shared European knowledge
(c) it is based on a modular course architecture

(a) Association and Recognition
EQN designs a joint model of how to integrate previous Leonardo projects consortia, industrial institutions, universities, … into an accreditation association
The certificates issued by association will be recognised transnationally

EQN integrates representatives from a set of major European conferences in the IT and Services sector
EQN plans to create an online knowledge space using and extending the existing software (library.eurospi.net)
