TYLER BR INKMAN

Hi, my name is Tyler Brinkman. I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I also played on the Illinois wheelchair basketball team for four years. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. (NASM). I have experience working with clients ranging from 9 years old to 80+, with a variety of disabilities, chronic conditions, and aches and pains. My goal as a personal trainer is to prove to anyone that no matter what their limitations may be, they can achieve their fitness goals.

NUTRITION HEALTHY FOR LIFE

80-90% of what we look like and how we feel comes down to our Nutrition. Get started on the right track this year by working with our Nutrition coaches who will set calorie and macronutrient goals individualized for you, and also guide you through behavior changes to help you finally stick to healthy nutrition habits that will last a lifetime.

LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights. If you're seeking a different style of training or a new kind of self-expression, you will love LES MILLS BARRE. For Information on our group fitness classes, contact Leslie Anderson at [email protected].
