EG 203 341 Approaches for Testing Adaptive Networks

Published in June 2016

Definition of a framework of testing principles and guidelines that may be

used to test networks that exhibit autonomous, adaptive behavior, which

allows them to dynamically change their configuration, structure or

operational parameters.

Focus on scenarios where adaptive elements or functions are deployed in

a network, in various combinations, producing an environment that cannot

be characterized by traditional static and dynamic conformance

requirements.

The document concentrates on methodologies to test adaptive networks

towards meeting their functional targets or policies, and ensuring a

minimum trust level for autonomous operation of the Adaptive Network

(AN).
