In 1995 CDV representing the Czech Republic joined IRTAD and with help of their data started to disseminate among decision makers full true about accident development since 1986

Since 1996 Czech delegation consist of one representing CDV and one of the Czech Police officers, this helped a lot with further improvement of the key accident database

This database has so many variables, that the Czech Republic fulfilled as one of the countries not only all the requests from IRTAD database, but with just minor additions will suit to the need of CARE database as well
