Vitamin A Deficiency Index = ½ [Prop children with retinol < 0.70 umol/l] + ½ [Age-standardized DALYs]

Iron Deficiency Index = ½ [Prop children with Hb < 110 g/l] + ½ [Age-standardized DALYs]

Zinc Deficiency Index = ½ [% population at risk of inadequate zinc intake] + ½ [Prevalence of stunting]
