    Applications

    ETFE, FEP, PFA CABLES

    n Applications ETFE cables

These cables are used for example in news technologies if high demands for resistance against chemicals and solvents must befulfilled. Further advantages are the low and high temperature resistance as well as the good electrical insulating characteristicswith low, nearly frequency-independent dielectric characteristics.

    Exemplary applications:

    7Ybl Applications in high-frequency and broad-band techniques, coaxial and microwave techniques, 7Yvz high information velocity with exact information transmission at the same time, chemical industry, Li7Ybl furnace construction, brick works, heating appliancesLi7Yvz thin-wall(N)7YAbl · (N)7YAvz ·(N)7YAvs · (N)7YAvn(N)7YFAbl · (N)7YFAvz ·(N)7YAFvs · (N)7YAFvnTD 800 ETD 832 CETA 864 E

    n Applications FEP cables

These cables are used for example in news technologies if high demands for resistance against chemicals and solvents must befulfilled. Compared to ETFE, FEP has a slightly better resistance. Further advantages are the excellent temperature resistanceand flexibility at cold temperatures as well as the good electrical insulating characteristics with low, nearly frequency-independentdielectric characteristics.

    Exemplary applications:

6Ybl Applications in high-frequency and broad-band techniques, coaxial and microwave techniques, 6Yvz high information velocity with exact information transmission at the same time, chemical industry, Li6Ybl furnace construction, brick works, heating appliancesLi6YvzTD 801 FTD 833 CFTA 866 FTD 809 F TD 842 (ST) F TD 845 DS TD 846 DS TP

BlueLine TA 180 C Our type Blueline TA 180 C is suitable for extreme environmental conditions. This cable type isdesigned for use in engine rooms of ships for example as connection cable for the control of marinediesel engines. It is high temperature resistant and shows a very good resistance against oils andchemicals.

    n Applications PFA cables

These cables are used for example in news technologies if excellent resistance against chemicals and solvents is requested.Further advantages are the excellent temperature resistance and flexibility at low temperatures as well as the good electrical in-sulating characteristics with low, nearly frequency-independent dielectric characteristics.

    Exemplary applications:

Li51Yvn Applications in high-frequency and broad-band techniques, coaxial and microwave techniques, TD 834 CP high information velocity with exact information transmission at the same time, chemical industry, furnace construction, brick works, heating appliances

n You will find further information about the safe application of cables on pages N/28-38
