The veneer chosen for the external finish will be of Debonair Brand or Uro Brand with base rate not exceeding Rs. 60/ SqftThe base rate for handles is considered at Rs. 60/piece.

The plywood and block board for all the spaces except the kitchen will be of commercial grade from Alpine or Platinum (Brand) or eqivaThe plywood and block board for the kitchen will be of Marine Grade from Alpine/ Platinum (Brand) or eqvivalent.The laminates provided internally will be of Asis Brand (Standard Range)The laminates provided externally will be of Uro Brand (Standard Range)

Any additional drawer for the wardrobes will be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2000/- per drawer Wardrobes with sliding shutters will be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 50/sqft for both laminate and veneer finish respectively

Execution of work will be completed in sixty days time frame if there are no changes made to the designs after being approved and sent tThe above costing is valid for a period of one month from the date it is drafted/ delivered

Shifting of electrical points including material and labour will be done at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/- per pointThe locks provided for the shutters and the drawers in the wardrobes will be of Godrej/Europa (Brand) make or equivalent
