Estillo 20 Blue Black Slate www.slate.uk.com Estillo 20 is “La Hebra” slate quarried from the “La Bana” region in Northern Spain which is world renowned for its quality and longevity within the industry. The beautiful dark blue grey slate, has a regular vertical grain, a smooth consistent texture, with a matt finish. It is a relatively clean slate but occasionally includes non oxidizing minerals on the surface. The Estillo 20 quarry has fantastic availability. It has been continually operating for two generations and is proud to continue producing from their extensive reserves. Estillo 20 is available in both 5mm and 7mm Prime grades. The nature of the stone allows it to split very flat and consistent in both thicknesses giving a cleaner crisper roof line.
