On Thursday, October 31, the Essex Centre BIA was excited to host the annual Tiny

Tots Trick-or-Treat Parade. Even though we had rain, we still ended up with a great

turnout of very eager kids.

A special thank-you goes out to the EDHS leadership students who helped hand-out

candy and to the staff members at Libro for helping to man the street barricades.

We managed to collect a sizeable non-perishable food donation from the

participants, which we forwarded to the Essex Area Food Bank and the Essex

Salvation Army Food Bank.

On Friday, September 27, the Essex Centre BIA hosted

our annual “Fall in Love with Our Local Park Party”

event inside the Heritage Gardens Park. Even though we

ended up getting poured on halfway through the event, we

still had a great chance to show off some of our businesses,

while enjoying live music from the band “Border City

Brass,” and entertainment from FireGuy and stilt walker Mark Lefebvre.
