To All of Our Friends and Donors,

This year marks our 63rd year of providing exceptional support services for individuals with intellectual and

developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families across and beyond the Farmington Valley.

As our Favarh Family observes this moment in our history, we would like to acknowledge the past year and the impact

that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on all of us here at Favarh. Our world changed overnight. But our leadership and

practices defined over the past sixty-three years prepared and helped us to endure together. We are now ready to

embrace the hope that lies ahead.

Through our tremendous mitigation efforts observing recommended state and federal guidelines for all our programs

and services, we succeeded in sustaining and growing our supports during an unprecedented period of world-wide

decline and loss. We could not have come so far, and so successfully, without the determination of our Board,

leadership, and staff, the resiliency of our residents and individuals, and support from families, friends and donors

like you.

Today we celebrate the amazing progress made this past year, culminating in three new facilities added to the Favarh

"Campus" on Commerce Drive in Canton: The opening of our new Life Enrichment Center at 150 Commerce Drive for

Favarh's Day and Board of Ed Programs just before the start of the pandemic, the successful completion of integrated

specialty apartments at Bear Woods Apartments at 300 Commerce Drive in February 2021 -- now home to 21 Favarh

residents -- and the ground breaking in the spring of 2021 of Favarh's Adaptive Wellness Center at 325 Commerce

Drive, soon-to-be home of Favarh Employment and Recreation Services.

This is a momentous time for our Favarh Family. We're looking forward to engaging all of you as we reflect on the year

gone by and focus on a bright future full of promise and possibility.
