Reflective tape enhances vehicle safety by extending visibility from daylight to 24 hours. Most mine sites have reflective tape as part of their Fatal Risk Control Protocol. All reflective tape is edge sealed to prevent the ends of the tape peeling away from the vehicle.

REFLECTIVE STRIPING

The standard Minecorp light bar consists of stop, tail, indicator and reverse lights. It also includes a reverse alarm and amber beacon. The S/T/I/R lights are sealed LED units. The reverse alarm is a minimum of 82dB. The beacon is a strobe, class 1 output amber rotating beacon.

REVERSE ALARM

These two extension kits allow our flags to remain quick connect and are able to be pulled apart to fit inside the vehicle for added security.

FLAG HEIGHT EXTENSIONS

These safety flags are exclusive to Minecorp and are made from heavy duty fibreglass with stainless steel quick release fittings. Minecorp has available a variety of different brackets to assist in mounting a safety flag to your vehicle.

Minecorp’s accessory mounting brackets have been designed for compatibility with fleet level 2 trays and the Minecorp Commercial Tray (MCT), tubular headboards, Rhino Racks and Minecorp Service Bodies.

BEACONS, MOUNTS & GUARDS

Lights on kits will significantly increase vehicle visibility when in use on a site. Enhances factory auto lights on function to activate light when key is turned in the ignition. The kit is simple to install and plugs into existing wiring and connectors, all of which are located in the vehicles cabin.

LIGHTS ON KITS

The standard Minecorp light bar consists of stop, tail, indicator and reverse lights. It also includes a reverse alarm and amber beacon. Minecorp’s Stealth Highlight Bar has been designed with discreet in mind. The bar has multiple mounting points to allow for a wide range of accessories.

LIGHT, MINE & STEALTH BARS

The Minecorp universal traffic control triangle mounting bracket is designed to hold the industries standard safety triangle with its deep containment design and security strap it will hold secure on the roughest roads. It includes holes for easy mounting to multiple vehicle locations.

SAFETY TRIANGLES

The Minecorp Extinguisher Bracket is suitable for 2.5KG or 4.5KG fire extinguishers. Manufactured from structural aluminium for weight reduction (half that of steel) and finished in black powder coat for superior corrosion protection.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER & BRACKET

Wheel chocks are used when a vehicle has the potential to roll, even though the vehicle may have the hand brake applied and be in gear. The ground may be wet and/or the vehicle parked on a slope. The wheel chock gives the vehicle added protection against rolling, and the driver piece of mind.

WHEEL CHOCKS AND MOUNT

Suit most tray or tubs and are perfect for restraining tools, luggage and any other awkward load. Minecorp nets are manufactured with ultra violet (UV) stable heavy duty 38mm polypropylene webbing in a tight weave pattern which provides high grip and security to the cargo being restrained.

The crow bar holder is made from HA520 mild steel with an internal 6mm steel plate to restrain the crow bar head from moving out of reach when place in the holder. It has an 8mm heavy duty gravity driven end cap to safely keep the crow bar inside.

CROWBAR HOLDER

The universal design of the Minecorp Ladder Rack is compatible with steel and aluminium trays with head boards. With many vehicles now having restricted space under the bonnet, the second battery is securely housed in Minecorp’s under tray/canopy toolbox. The sealing of the underbody toolbox and cooler conditions provide the perfect operating environment for the battery system.

DUAL BATTERY MANAGEMENT

The Minecorp Tub Body Battery Enclosure sits neatly over the wheel arch. Accessories include Fuse Holder, Charger, Merit Socket, USB and 12V Socket. Minecorp have developed a secure under floor storage for tray and canopy of the Ford PX Ranger (Single Cab), running the length of the underside of the canopy floor. Suitable for ladder storage (ladders to be under 2.3m in height) but capable for storage for a vast array of other longer length tools.
