VIRINAH JOLIS SK.TAMPASAK, KINARUT Looking back over the last five months what do you think has been the most significant change that has resulted from the ELTDP Project for you. The most significant change that I get from this project is my self-confidence in speaking English. It is completely change the way I speak actually. I admit that I cannot speak the language in front of the public especially among my friends. It is a big problem for me as an English teacher that is supposed to be able to speak in English. In my teaching I have no problem to use the language because it is just using formal and simple sentence in every of the conversation between me and the pupils. When, it comes to the real conversation I will get nervous and do not know what the appropriate sentence to say. So, in the last few months my self-confidence has increased little by little and as a result I can speak more confidence with my friends. It is more likely easy for me to speak out what I want to say even there are still grammatical errors here and there. It is all because of this programme which is ‘forcing’ me to speak English. Thanks to my mentor for giving this big opportunity as one of the mentees and it is actually one of my wishes that someday I can speak in this language especially talking to someone who is from the western country.

VIRINAH JOLISSK.TAMPASAK, KINARUT

Looking back over the last five months what do you think has been the most significant change that has resulted from the ELTDP Project for you.

The most significant change that I get from this project is my self-confidence in speaking

English. It is completely change the way I speak actually. I admit that I cannot speak the

language in front of the public especially among my friends. It is a big problem for me as an

English teacher that is supposed to be able to speak in English. In my teaching I have no problem

to use the language because it is just using formal and simple sentence in every of the

conversation between me and the pupils. When, it comes to the real conversation I will get

nervous and do not know what the appropriate sentence to say. So, in the last few months my

self-confidence has increased little by little and as a result I can speak more confidence with my

friends. It is more likely easy for me to speak out what I want to say even there are still

grammatical errors here and there. It is all because of this programme which is ‘forcing’ me to

speak English. Thanks to my mentor for giving this big opportunity as one of the mentees and it

is actually one of my wishes that someday I can speak in this language especially talking to

someone who is from the western country.
