1) In a production process we are using ultra pure water more than 15 MΩ.

2) For the precision and accurate emersion we are measuring the raw material by Mass flow meter.

3) Putting the raw material into the reactor, transferring the product and packing process, we are

passing through 0.5 um filter in order to protect the impurity which might occur in a production.

6) To protect the contamination we are packing under the circumstance of 10,000 Class clean room.
