Iced Salted Caramel Latte

1. Brew an espresso in a 4oz cup and top with chilled milk.

2. Add 2-3 pumps of DaVinci Salted Caramel syrup (DVISALTC)to a 12 oz glass 3/4 filled with ice.

3. Add the single espresso (with milk) to the glass.

4. Top up with milk to cover the ice cubes.

5. Pour a dash of cream or whipped cream on top (optional).

Recipe portions are for a 12oz drink. If you prefer a classic or skinny variant of thisdrink, simply swap out the DaVinci Salted Caramel syrup (DVISALTC) with the samevolume of DaVinci Caramel syrup (DVICARAM) or DaVinci Sugar Free Caramel syrup(DVISFCAR). 1. Add 50ml of DaVinci Fruit Smoothie Mix to a full glass of ice. Choose from Peach(DDVPEACH), Summer Fruits (DDVBERRY),Mango (DDVMANGO) or Strawberry (DDVSTRAW).

2. Top with sparkling water and stir.

3. Garnish with some fresh fruit.

2. Measure 3/4 of ice into a 12oz cup then add the ice to the jug.

3. Blitz on programme #3.

4. Pour 50ml DaVinci Summer FruitsSmoothie Mix (DDVBERRY) into a 12oz cold cup (D12CLCUP).

5. Pour the blitzed peach mix into the cup on top of the Summer Fruits Smoothie Mix.

6. Sprinkle Tutti Frutti pieces on top (DTOPTUTT).

Why Chemex? It’s all about the taste: soft, clean and free from bitterness. In fact, it’s one of the most efficient ways to extract flavour from your beans.Actually, there’s one other very good reason to choose Chemex: the wooden collar and leather tie look fantastic, and will have customerstalking. Especially if you use our Hario Drip kettle (DKETTLE) to perfectlycontrol pouring the hot water.

Top Tips (6 cup brewer)

1. Use 30g of ground coffee (medium grind) for two 10floz/500ml cups.

2. Rinse the cups and filter paper with some hot water.

3. Use hot, but not boiling water (500g).

4. Pre-pour a little water to saturate the grounds and allow the coffee just to bloom.

5. Do an even spiral pour from the centre to the edges – make sure all the grounds are covered so the extraction is even.

Filter Cone Instructions

Sure, there’s a technique to getting filter cone coffee just right. But our kitmakes it simple to extract the perfect flavour. Oh, and did we say it worksperfectly with our brew bar?

Top Tips

1. Grind 20-25g of coffee (for a 10fl oz cup).2. Rinse the cup, cone and filter paper with some hot water.3. Use hot, but not boiling water.4. Pre-pour a little water to cover and saturate the grounds so the extraction

is even.5. Do a big pour – make sure all the grounds are covered so the extraction

is even.6. When the water sinks to about half way through the paper filter, do another

big pour covering all the grounds. This helps agitate the grounds and leads to a uniform extraction.

7. Remove the cup when it’s 1 ½ cm away from being full. There maystill be coffee coming through, but you should stop the extraction.

German Silva Vasquez farms his coffee on 5 hectares of land. He has usedFairtrade Premiums to help increase yields from his farm to generate additional household income. He has also invested in new drying facilities to increase the quality of his coffee and boost his farm’s income.

The Kopakama coffee co-operative on the shores of Lake Kivu has achieved a greatdeal since the genocide in 1994. Not only has the group secured electricity andgravity-fed water to serve the community, they have also used Fairtrade contributions to purchase land for hundreds of female farmers, many of whomwere widowed during the violence and had struggled to earn a living.

First orders must be paid before goods are supplied. After first order, andsubject to credit approval, payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders on overdue accounts willbe held until overdue balances are cleared. All items are subject to VAT at thecurrent rate, except those indicated.* Customers paying by credit card arecharged in £ sterling. Customers outside the UK can be billed in Euros only by opening an account and are exempt from UK VAT if a valid VAT number is provided. All details correct at time of printing.

Cheque payment Espresso Warehouse is a trading division of Matthew Algie and CompanyLimited and due to tighter banking regulations cheques made payable toEspresso Warehouse are no longer accepted by our bank. Please make allcheques payable to our parent company Matthew Algie and Company Limited.

Mainland UK orders received before 12 noon will be delivered within twoworking days. Other UK and Ireland orders received before noon will bedelivered within three working days. For international orders, timing and costs are available on request and depend on location and export regulations.Espresso Warehouse cannot be held responsible for loss of revenue resulting from late or delayed orders.

Customers must inform Espresso Warehouse of any damage on the same day of receiving the order. Please sign for goods as damaged on receipt if there is evidence of damage to outer packaging. Specific details of damage andconsignment note number together with order reference number are required.

We are unable to accept returns for any opened cases of food products. Other items may be returned in original undamaged packaging and must be deemed to be suitable for re-sale before credit is awarded. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10% of the item(s) value or £10 (€15)whichever is greater. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment. The shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.If any goods are found to be defective on delivery we will gladly replace at our expense. It is our policy to carry a large quantity of stock items. However, due tounforeseen circumstances we may from time to time, be out of stock of yourdesired item(s).
