We have always earned our customers’ confidenceAMR is equipped with highly reliablemeasurement equipment and anammeter for micro resistance meter thatare designed to meet internationalstandards in order to obtain mostreliable measurement data. We offer acalibration service to maintain theequipment’s accuracy (ISO / IEC 17025compliant).

We offer two currentapplications, DC and ACWe offer two micro electric currentapplications, the DC (AMR-PD) and theAC (AMR-PA), which are used to applycurrent to specimens when measuringthe conductor resistance.

Measurement of a wide rangeof resistance from 10-3 to 106ΩConductor resistance values rangingfrom 10-3 to 106Ω(AMR-PD) and from10-3 to 104Ω(AMR-PA) can be measuredaccurately at the tip of a measuringcable, using a four terminal method.

Multi-channel continuousmeasurement dramaticallyimproves the work efficiencyChannels can be added in 40-channelblocks from the standard 40 channels upto 280 channels (optional) depending onthe tests and the number of chambers tobe connected.

Connection unitInstalling the connection unit facilitatesthe measurement cable connection. Theconnection unit can be installed in front ofthe rack or on the left or right side of therack according to the work environment.

Cable that has excellent heat-and noise-resistancecharacteristicsA flat cable made of Teflon is used. Theexcellent heat- and noise-resistancecharacteristics of the Teflon flat cableenable accurate measurement of micro-resistance. The end of the cable isdesigned to facilitate the connection to aspecimen.

Global environmental problemsComponents are mounted by lead-freesoldering. In addition, power consumptionis reduced by 24% (in comparison withthe previous model) in consideration ofglobal environmental problems. *except for purchased items such as PCs andmeasuring instruments.

Interaction with theenvironmental test chamberAMR can connect up to three environmentaltest chambers for testing. Interactionwith the environmental test chamberenables temperature and humiditymonitoring, management of the timeschedule, and displays an alarm when afailure is detected.

Real-time monitoring oftemperature and humidityAMR monitors and records the temp.and humid. inside the environmental testchamber. Data is recorded simultaneouslywith the measurement by themeasurement system. The statisticsprocessing software displays therecorded data in synchronization withthe data of the resistance value.

Safety design guaranteed byabnormality detectionIf a problem occurs with the environmenttest equipment or AMR, the test will stop.Resetting will resume the test from whereit stopped.

Remote processing of thetest data (optional)LAN-compatible software enablesremote test checking and data processing,such as from a remote office. Additionally, we offer software licensesaccording to the number of users so thatmultiple PC monitoring is possible.

Automatically resumes the halted cycle of the test as it is. The halt history is saved in the measurement data.

Test automatically ends when the test completion condition is met.

Measures temperature uniformity in the chamber up to 16 channels and saves data in the CSV file on the measurement basis.

When a failure occurs in the chamber or the measuring equipment fails to operate properly, the test automatically stops.

Failure recognition using the absolute valueThe measured date obtained atmeasurement intervals is evaluatedusing the preset absolute value. It willdetect small change of conductiveresistance change due to micro-cracksup to complete open.You can set the absolute value in hotcondition and cold condition to haveseparate recognition available both sideof temperature. AMR will terminate thetest on the channel that failure oncerecognized. (It can be set to resume thetest too.)

Failure recognition using the change rate (%)This method can be used to detect smallchange of conductive resistance of BGAand CSP. It will compare initial value atthe start point of the test and using %change to recognize the failure. It canbe set on both side of hot and coldconditions.

Two failure recognition methods are available to detect the failure in conductive resistance change at inter-connects.

DC Measurement (AMR-PD)Using DC current resistance to measuresmall voltage change and detect up to1M ohms of resistance. It is useful toobserve large change of conductiveresistance such as Daisy Chain of BGAin semiconductor applications.

VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL TEST CHAMBERS〈SOLD SEPARATELY〉

TSA series is the series that reduces the temperaturerecovery time, temperature heat-up time, and temperaturepull-down time. TSA series has HFC refrigerant and atouch-panel that facilitates operation setting changes.TSA Series is the environment-friendly series.

TSD-100 is a thermal shock chamber with two zones thatconform to Japanese and overseas test standards such asMIL-STD-883, JIS C 0025 and JASO-D001. Withexcellent temperature distribution performance, thischamber applies uniform temperature stress to specimens.Furthermore, by monitoring specimen temperature withthe STT function, this chamber starts counting exposuretime and switches to the next step immediately after thespecimen temperature reaches a preset value, thus enablinghighly accurate tests. In the temperature range between60 and 150, this chamber has a short return time of 15minutes, resulting in reduction of total test time. Thischamber can be used for a variety of activities, fromresearch and development to inspection and production.
