    Have sts make small groups everytime you say a number in the story:

    "Paul opened up a business online, he built a website called my friend.com which sells personalized cofee cups. He used a tool called google analytics to track how many people visited, created accounts and bought his product. During the first few minutes he noticed three people had visited the homepage.

    What is the name of Paul's website? -What does he sell in his website? -What did he use to track people coming to his website? -How many people visited his homepage? -

    After three days, hundreds of people visited paul's website and from all the people who visited only a very low percentage didn't purchase anything. He looked at the report and the rate was 2% .

    What was the percentage of visitors that did not buy Paul's product? -Why do you think Paul needed this information? -

    Have sts in pairs discuss about an inforgraphic on facebook :

    Is it clear what every number represents? Why is this information relevant?What would you call these numbers?

    Tell sts that there are 5 important metrics and provide the template and papers for them to organize. Play video to check have them take notes and present the questions:
