Dear Mr. & Mrs. Vendor, We recently completed an inspection at your property located at 52 Example Drive Sydney. The tenant is keeping the property neat and tidy however there were 2 repairs that were reported to me at the time of inspection 1. The oven is making a loud noise when it is in use (I will organise this with warrantee) 2. The door to the back yard does not slide (the rollers will need to be looked at) The roof has been repaired and inspected by the roof person that went out there this week. The repairer said it is storm damage and will be emailing me through the report and what he did to repair it. I will keep you informed as with all other matters.
