EM1200 - Monitoring machine Device The device is designed by engineers of ESA TECH to monitor the operation status of the machines in SMT transmission line including:- Error status - Production status.- Operation status. - Waiting state.The device will send device information to the management server system. Help device management staff know the status of the machine and quickly and accurately handle the machine that is generating errors. Help production management staff evaluate the performance of the line with real time.

REFLOW OVEN

Reflow Oven is a machine used to weld components onto the board by heating and automatically adjusting the temperature. The internal structure includes: Heating rods, 20 to 30 fans, sensor and control circuit boards. The temperature will be recognized by the sensors and adjusted by changing the speed of the fans. When the fan is broken, the temperature is wrong, causing damage to the components, damage to the circuit board, leading to product failure.
