This week, we’ll discuss the history of birth, introduce you to modern birth and get to know each of you. Learn about the EB philosophy and get a more in-depth understanding of what we’ll be covering over the next weeks.
This week is a very important week and the first class in our 6-week se-ries (highly suggested for those pay-ing per class). We’ll discuss the first most important choices you’ll be making that will change your birth. Wonderful for TTC couples.
Now that we’ve covered important choices, we’ll get started on anatomy and physiology and all the common routines and tests you’ll encounter while gestating your baby. We’ll learn about safety, alternatives, and talk about the important emotional changes you’ll go through.
One of the most amazing courses of the series, and class #2 of the 6-week course. Most importantly, we’ll introduce you to the amaz-ing ability of your body to naturally work through labor and enjoy the experience at the same time.
Now that we have a good base for a healthy birth we can start learning about the physiological and phsyco-logical changes of labor. We’ll talk about the progression of labor and focus on instincts and birth partner tips for support. Class #3 of 6-wk.

One of the most amazing courses of the series, and class #2 of the 6-week course. Most importantly, we’ll introduce you to the amaz-ing ability of your body to naturally work through labor and enjoy the experience at the same time. Class #4 of the 6 week series.
This class, we’ll talk about vari-ous relaxation techniques and birth partner support. Occassionally, we switch out this class for one of ourMan 2 Man workshops and re-ally focus on prepping dad while the moms meet for a night out.
This is an intense class discussing variations to normal birth such as breech birth and long labors as well as the medical side of birth and pre-paring all our couples for an unas-sisted birth so they’re ready for any situation. This class is usually closer to 3 hrs (especially with a full class). Class #5 of the 6 week series.
Now, it’s time to meet your baby and learn about common immedi-ate postpartum routines as well as newborn care and a more in-depth introduction to breastfeeding. Class #6 of the 6 week series.
This week we discuss postpartum, get started on birth guides and review the series with the EB just breathe™ game. But, this is just the beginning of your journey and about 6 weeks after all the babies have been born, we’ll meet again for a reunion to meet ies.the little ones and share birth stories.
