4. Obiectivul de baza:

Urmand directivele ingineriilor de proiect, racomanda si supravegheaza folosirea produselor si sistemelor M-I SWACO la locatia clientului rigsite si in birourile de filiale.

Asigura revizia generala, instalatia pe teren, intretinerea, functionarea si asistenta la client a tuturor produselor oferite de M-I SWACO.

Sa reprezinte favorabil clientilor M-I Sa comunice activitatea M-I SWACO inginerilor de proiect.

5. Calificari / Cerinte:

5.1. Studii:

Licenta sau licenziant in domeniul mecanic.

5.2. Pregatire/Training: Politica companiei si regulamentul intern de pregatire; Sistemul de administrare al trainingului;

6. Functiuni esentiale:

6.1. Responsabilitati:Supravegherea zilnica in santier a activitatilor operationale a contractului in curs.

6.2. Indatoriri:A. Primele 0-6 luni. Indatoririle vor include, dar nu se vor limita, la urmatoarele:

6.2.1. Supravegheaza si asista la instalarea echipamentului;6.2.2. Advise customer on proper product application and installation;6.2.3. Explain product function and tips on trouble shooting to customer and rig personnel;6.2.4. Assist in the overhaul, repair, and maintenance of the companies products in the workshop;6.2.5. Make customer contacts on field level;6.2.6. Operate and maintain solids control equipment at the rigsite according to project specification, in cooperation with fluids engineers;6.2.7. Supervising the efficient operation of all solids control equipment to maintain minimum drill solids content and to prevent whole mud losses;6.2.8. Optimization of shale shaker screen selection and replacement after consultation with the mud engineer and company representative;

6.2.9. Regular solids control equipment checking;6.2.10. Proactive adjustment of the solids control systems (timely changing of shaker screens), including recommendations to company representative on performance enhancement;6.2.11. Provides as needed expertise as unexpected problems arise with the customer’s well in offering solutions;6.2.12. Monitors the EHS compliance regarding the solids control equipment working at the customers location;6.2.13. Promote M-I SWACO sales whenever possible and be aware of any new opportunities to introduce M-I SWACO products and technology to actual and potential customers;6.2.14. Performing regular solids control equipment maintenance and repairs required;

6.2.15. When not on a job or on time off, stay in immediate telephone contact with immediate supervisor or make temporary arrangements;6.2.16. Advise supervisor of any new competitive developments, products, pricing, servicing procedures, technical, application or of increasing customer interest;6.2.17. Report actual hours worked in order that proper time sheets can be maintained;6.2.18. Continually evaluate your product knowledge and continue to expand product skills and capabilities;6.2.19. Cooperate with fluids engineers for equipment layout and efficiency optimization;6.2.20. Monitors and analyses M-I SWACO inventory related to solids control equipment and/or spare parts at rigsite;6.2.21. Inventory control of all solids control related materials;6.2.22. Control and initiation of reordering and re-stocking of solids control related materials;6.2.23. Producing accurate end of shift reports and well/interval summary;6.2.24. Preparation of daily solids control activity report;6.2.25. Staying informed of all updates of product information and new products/systems/software;6.2.26. Efficient removal of solids from each kind of equipment;6.2.27. Evolution of drilling fluids properties, measured before and after fluids processing with solids control equipments;6.2.28. Specifying the out of standard properties;6.2.29. Estimation of possible reasons;6.2.30. Establishing the correction mechanism of properties and parameters of solids control equipment;6.2.31. Measurement of drilling fluids density; 6.2.32. Detail knowledge of all equipment and materials that operates at the well;6.2.33. Monitoring the daily consumption and the spare parts supply;6.2.34. Monitoring the daily consumption and the spare parts supply, shaker screens and polymers supply;

6.2.35. Acting according to the objectives of the company’s Quality, Health and Safety Standards, Environmental Policy, local regulatory requirements and customer related QHSE issues;6.2.36. Be responsible for the safe handling, safe loading and unloading of products and equipments, safe stacking and handling of chemicals at the well location to ensure correct procedures are followed by rig crew to avoid damage to products.7. Review and comply with MI-L.L.C.’s Quality Health Safety and Environmental Policies.

It is the employee’s responsibility in ensuring that their training is up to date. Reference location’s Aspects and Impacts list or Occupational Health

responsibilities. Reference location’s Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis prior to all job

tasks. If a QHSE event is observed on M-I/SWACO and/or customer location,

immediate action is taken by the observer to report it and to initiate the corrective and preventive action process (refer to M-I Nonconformance Reporting Procedure/QHSE Violation or customer hotlines). Violations of QHSE rules (laws) may involve not only liabilities on the part of companies but may create personal liabilities. Violations of the “rules” could result in loss of job, civil, or criminal prosecutions.

Always be mindful of physical and health hazards in the workplace. Immediately notify your supervisor of problems.

Avoid harm to yourself and prevent harm to others. Co-operate and participate in the Companies and Operators QHSE Management

Systems. Remind or correct fellow employees working or acting in an unsafe manner.

Never ignore unsafe acts or allow them to continue. Ensure implementation of the company’s and customer’s Quality, Health &Safety

and Environmental Policies, Procedures and Quality Plans.

8. QHSE Authorities:

M-I SWACO personnel with the responsibility in the process of producing, handling, evaluating or delivering of M-I SWACO products or whose work may create a significant impact on the environment in accordance with the approved QHSE program shall have the authority and organizational freedom to:

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any product, process or QHSE nonconformities.

Identify and record any product, process, or QHSE system problem. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels. Initiate evacuation of facility in time of crisis (spills, fires, earthquakes, and

floods). Resume operations of facility through designated channels.

9. Physical Demands:

Required to stand; walk; use hands; climb stairs. Must be able to handle stress due to the need to meet variable customer

requirements. Must be able to make difficult decisions on a moments notice due to ever

changing activities and circumstances.

10. Working Conditions:

The employee does not have a stable work place . The noise level in the work environment is usually high.

11. Working schedule:

8 hours/day, 40 hours/week. Night and day shifts. Unequal work schedule.
