Chapter 1-4

On page 1-78, the equation for the 2 parallel surfaces (2nd from bottom) the X in X / sqrt (1 + X2) on the second line should be Y / sqrt (1 + X2).

Chapter 2-1

On page 2-3, Figure 2-1.3 - on the scale for Q*, the right most value should read 106 not 105.

Chapter 2-3

In equation 19 on page 3-68, in the numerator, the measured mole fraction of oxygen in the exhaust duct should be multiplied by the second term, not the first.

Chapter 2-12

Equation 6 on page 2-282 should have a coefficient of 4 before " .

Chapter 3-1

Page 3-37 - the equation for calculating heat release rate from liquid pool fires (in the upper right-hand corner of the page) - the exponential term (kβD) should have a negative sign.
