DATE/TIME: Tuesday 1st November – 15:00 to 23:00 Wednesday 2nd November – 15:00 to 23:00 Thursday 3rd November – 15:00 to 23:00

To avoid queues, we recommend you collect your race pack between15:00 and 18:00.

HOW TO COLLECT YOUR RACE PACK:• Take a print out or an electronic version of your confirmation e-mail and your ID and collect your race pack at GO Sport stores in Mall of the Emirates or Dubail Mall.

• To save time, you can collect the race packs on behalf of your friends and family. Please bring a print out or electronic version of their confirmation e-mail and collect their race packs at the venues and timings mentioned above.

• Tickets will be available for purchase at GO Sport stores and selected Fitness First clubs until 5pm on 4th November.

• IDs are a must for attending the after party.

WHAT DO I NEED TOBRING ON THE DAY:

BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE:

Your Electric Run Recharged t-shirt and bib number.

Your race bib is your ticket for entry.

Cash – there will be a number of food and drink vendors and a merchandise store credit / debit cards are not accepted at the venue(Nearest ATM is at Al Jafiliya metro station)

Clothing to get glowing in

Running shoes to get you round the course to the epic finish party, where they turn

into your dancing shoes!

Your camera/phone – don’t forget to take some awesome pictures along the way. Make sure your phone is charged up, get your selfie on and don’t forget to share with the world! #ElectricDXB

METROAl Jafiliya metro station is located within 5 mins walk to the entrance of the festival area at Gate 1 of Zabeel Park. Please take exit 3 from the station and follow signs to the festival area. TAXISRTA Taxi drop o£ zone is located behind theAl Jafiliya metro station.

Careem taxi’s will be positioned in the carpark near to Gate 1 of Zabeel Park. PARKINGP1 Participant Parking area is located on the sand pit area directly behind the Al Jafiliya metro station. It is a 2 min walk to the entrance of the festival area from the allocated parking area. Please note the carparks directly surrounding Zabeel Park will be closed for the event. ACCESS CLOSUREGate 1 access to Zabeel Park from Sheikh Khaliya Bin Zayed Road will be closed and accessible for Careem taxi’s and accredited guests only. Gate 3 access to Zabeel Park from Sheikh Rashid Road will be closed. All carparks directly surrounding Zabeel Park will closed please arrive by public transport or park in the allocated area within the sandpit carpark behind Al Jafiliya metro station - 2 mins walk from the entrance of the festival area.

ENTERTAINMENTWe've RECHARGED the entertainment too! We've got more entertainment throughout the course to keep you buzzing all the way around.

DJ LINE-UP: Returning international hits – DJ Scott B and LPhunk are joined by headling DJ Tala Samman of MyFashDiary. They will be playing some epic tunes to get you and dancing through the night at our Festival Area, and DJ-CJ and DJ Ray will be entertaining you on the course with adrenaline pumping music.

ENTERTAINMENT: Neon Dancers, Disco Dancers, Break Dancers, LED Cube Circus Performers, Pixel Poi acts, and UV makeup artists to get you glowing!

No food, alcohol or glass bottles from outside are allowed at the event

FAQARE THERE REFUNDS?Unfortunately, we don’t issue refunds or transfers.

If for some reason you can’t make it to race day, at least come to race pack collection and get your Electric Run gear!

CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO SOMEONE ELSE? Unfortunately, we don’t o£er transfers for ActiveLife Electric Run RECHARGED Dubai.

CAN KIDS PARTICIPATE?Yes! In fact, kids 3 and under run for free and don’t need a ticket! You’re welcome to bring your child’s stroller if needed. Please remember that this is also a sound and light party – it will be noisy, loud and very crowded so bear this in mind when deciding whether to bring young children with you. Children over the age of 3 need to register to join in the fun and all children under 12 must be with their parent or guardian at all times.

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START/FINISH?Gates open at 17:30, first wave will start from 19:30, after Ishar Prayer and we’ll be celebrating together after the run until 23:00.

T&Cs• These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the registered competitors and organiser (Fast Track Middle East FZ LLC) with regard to attendance at Electric Run Dubai 2016 (‘Event’). The application, use or attempted use of this registration binds the registrant to these terms and conditions.

• General Admission • Friday 4th November 2016 – valid registrations / race bibs apply to all who wish to enter the venue

• VIP Area • Friday 4th November 2016 – valid VIP passes apply to all who wish to enter the area

• No re-entry to the event area will be permitted. Once participants have exited the event area via Gate 1 of Zabeel Park, they will not be permitted back into the event space.

• No persons shall breach or infringe the rights of any sponsors, suppliers, or other parties commercially associated with the Event, nor conduct unauthorised promotions or commercial activity.

• All registrants must comply with all the applicable Health and Safety laws/regulations in force together with the venue rules.

• No food and drink may be brought into the venue except for plastic bottled water and isotonic drinks. Please remember glass bottles are not permitted.

• All persons and bags will be subject to search when entering the venue and all items considered by the authorities / organiser to be prohibited / dangerous will be confiscated.

• Alcohol is strictly prohibited and will be confiscated from patrons trying to enter with it. No alcohol can be purchased or consumed within the event space.

• Each registrant attending the Event irrevocably and unconditionally (i) consents without compensation to the recording of his/her voice, image and likeness captured by any means (including, without limitation, audio, visual and audio visual recordings by television cameras and photographers) while present at or about the Event venue; (ii) agrees to the transmission and use in perpetuity by the Organiser and the Event sponsors and any licensee or assignee of the Organiser of his/her voice/image and likeness captured whilst present at or about the Event venue.

• Participant’s use of their own recordings of the Event is strictly limited to personal use only.

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event in whole or in part without notice, for any reason. In such cases a refund or partial refund may be given at the Organisers’ discretion, but is not guaranteed.

• The Organiser shall accept no liability for bodily injury, illness or death of any visitor (including yourself) save where caused by negligence on the part of employees of the Organiser and / or loss of or damage to personal e£ects arising out of or in connection with the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or service to, or expel any person whose behaviour is deemed in the sole discretion of the Organiser to be unsuitable.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, and applicable in, the Emirate of Dubai.
