ergonomicsThe optional electro-hydraulic function levers arelocated at the end of the right side armrest. Theelectro-hydraulic levers are fingertip actuated andenable practically effortless hydraulic function con-trol. The armrest is fully adjustable to achieve individ-ual preference, and can be easily moved out of theway to allow right side truck entry or exit. The elec-tro-hydraulic control option offers the ability to pre-cisely control multiple functions simultaneously.

The low profile steer column features five lockabletilt positions to comfortably match the operator'spreferred steering wheel angle. The operator seathas six inches of travel front to back and is proper-ly positioned for additional operator comfort. Ashift lever is located on each side of the steer col-umn allowing convenient directional changes witheither hand.

The overhead guard is designed to provide oper-ator protection and comfort, with increasedheadroom for all operators. The grid styledesigned top provides excellent overhead visibilityfor quick and precise load placement.

The operator compartment floorboard is open for operator comfort. The tilt cylinders and thehydraulic control valve plumbing are mountedunder the floor plate, providing legroom and versatility in the operator compartment. The accelerator and brake pedal are ergonomicallypositioned to allow sufficient operator foot roomproviding a natural ankle angle and foot motion.

productivityThe AC traction system provides improved accel-eration and loaded travel speeds. The AC con-troller instantaneously switches torque from onedirection to the other providing exceptionallysmooth directional changes; this is very beneficialwhen the truck is in a loaded condition.

The standard “extended shift” performance setting on the truck is an ideal balance betweenindustry leading performance and battery shiftlife. If the application requires it, high perform-ance settings can be activated through the dashdisplay. If higher performance is activated, theAC system can be programmed to provide fasteracceleration and improved loaded travel speeds.

The hydrostatic steer system provides precisesteering control with minimal steering effort. Inaddition, there are only 5.3 turns lock to lock,creating an exceptionally tight turning radius,enhancing maneuverability.

The standard, fully adjustable Auto DecelerationSystem automatically slows the truck speed downwhen the accelerator is released. This system willslow the truck all the way down to zero speedwhen the operator’s foot is removed from theaccelerator pedal, extending brake life.

ServiceTM

CANbus is a serial communications network, whichallows sub-systems to be linked together and com-municate as one integrated system. This innovativetechnology simplifies the electrical system by thedecreasing the number of wires and wire connec-tions required throughout the truck. This greatlyreduces the opportunity for wiring related failuresand truck down time by simplifying diagnostics.

Service technicians can utilize the dash display toaccess a full range of both static and run timediagnostics that reduce troubleshooting time.The dash display also provides access toadjustable truck configuration settings that canbe used to customize truck performance tomatch specific application requirements.

The battery compartment hood pivots rearwardto provide access to the battery for servicingand/or removal. A gas assist cylinder is mountedto the hood for smooth and controlled openingand closing of the battery compartment hood.

Standard automatic electric park brakes havesignificantly fewer parts to wear, minimizingservice requirements. Pads and rotors do not wearwith normal use. The standard wet disc brakesprovide exceptional brake service life with noadjustments and excellent stopping power. Thesebrakes are sealed and impervious to water anddebris.
