ACCESS LEVEL SETTINGS (ROLES)
Having multiple organizations within your system requirean organizational level access. This ERP feature restrictsthe access to data to one or multiple organizations.
Role: ORGANIZATION ACCESS
Certain set of windows and forms can be set for access toa specific role according to the functions of a role withinyour company.
Role: WINDOW & FORM ACCESS
Reports and processes can be assigned to roles so that agroup of people are allowed to make use of those. Thisworks in combination with other access types.
Role: PROCESS & REPORT ACCESS
This access type can be used for e.g. where people areallowed to create documents in drafted stage but are notallowed to approve or complete those.

ACCESS LEVEL SETTINGS (ROLES)
Apart from the windows and form level access, an accessto the data tables can be set. This enables a security todata across the windows, forms and reports.
Role: TABLE ACCESS
ERP Role Dashboard access allow a personalized access todashlets. A set of dashlets can be assigned to a roleaccording to its function.
Role: DASHBOARD ACCESS
The access to single or multiple columns in the databasereflects in a field level security on windows for functionssuch as hide, read-only, read-write access to fields.
Role: COLUMN & FIELD LEVEL ACCESS
Certain roles can be blocked access to certain datarecords whereas the other records of a window are stillto be allowed the access.
