ERP Readiness Audit is the ideal first step for Organization to take in its ERP Project Initiative. This helps organization to understand
its current Readiness level and have an action plan to be fully ready to implement the ERP Project successfully.
Scope
Organization Readiness — Vision, Structure, Culture & Change Mgmt
People Readiness — User Readiness from Management, Business & IT
Process Flow Readiness — Business Requirements, Data & MIS
System Readiness — Details on Software, Hardware, Bandwidth & others
Business Risks - Details on the possible business risks to be mitigated
Project Methodology
A Profiler to be filled in by customer and send it to VELCOM. VELCOM team would study the filled-in profiler and then would
conduct the study at client site by interviewing users from Management, Business & IT.
VELCOM would then compile the observations & recommendations and would submit the report within one week from the date of
completion of the audit at client site
Deliverable
ERP Readiness Audit Report would detail the following with respect to ERP Project on the current status and the recommended
action plan:
Organization Readiness — Organization overall readiness for the ERP Project
People Audit — User Existing ERP Awareness level across organization
Process Audit — Business Requirements, Data & MIS availability
Systems Audit — Existing IT Infrastructure (Software, Hardware, Bandwidth etc.,)
Business Risks - Details on the possible business risks to be mitigated
