Setting the right Evaluation Team

ERP Product - Evaluation & Selection in terms of Key Functionality Fitment, Ease of Usage, Technology, Reliability, Cost etc.,

ERP Implementation Vendor - Evaluation & Selection in terms of Domain Knowledge, Product Implementation Expertise,

Customer Reference, Flexibility, Project Resource Quality, Cost etc.,

Contract Management (including Negotiation) for the ERP Project including Scope (Inclusion & Exclusion), Schedule, Deliverables,

Total Cost of Ownership (including Support) etc.,

Project Methodology

A Profiler to be filled in by customer and send it to VELCOM. VELCOM team would study the filled-in profiler and then would

evaluate the Products / Implementation Vendors (along with client evaluation team) based on client requirements.

VELCOM would then compile the observations & recommendations and would submit the report after completing the evaluation

project.

Deliverable

ERP Product & Implementation Vendor Selection Report would detail the following:

Evaluation of all Products / Implementation Vendors considered for the evaluation exercise

Recommended Action Plan
