Project Methodology

A Profiler to be filled in by customer and send it to VELCOM. VELCOM team would study the filled-in profiler and then would conduct

the study at client site by interviewing users from Management, Business & IT.

VELCOM would then compile the observations & recommendations and would submit the report within one week from the date of

completion of the study at client site.
