Original Idea – members to contribute programming efforts, e-resources management expertise

Enhancements – gathered from community, managed in github (approx. 45)

Priorities Change, Membership Changes

Institutions install and modify CORAL to solve own problems

Easier to be a group of invested parties, rather than single unified body

Need to empower members to share and contribute local solutions
