RESIDENCE PER PLAN, TO BE MODIFIED FOR SAID OWNER AT NOTED ADDRESS. ALL THE WORK IS TO BE EXECUTED IN A WORKMANLIKE MANNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCEPTED
STANDARDS OF THE BUILDING INDUSTRY IN THE AREA, LOCAL BUILDING CODES, AND THE PLANS AND THESE SPECIFICATIONS. ALL EXCESS MATERIAL LEFT AFTER COMPLETION OF

BY OWNER AND THEREFORE NOT PART OF THIS CONTRACT.

NEAT, ORDERLY CONDITION AND THE SURFACE ROUGH GRADED.
01-730 GLASS CLEANING
PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS REQUIRED TO CLEAN NEW INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
GLASS AT NEW WINDOWS ONLY. NOTE: TEMPERED GLASS IS ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO
SCRATCHING. WHILE THE BUILDER AND SUBCONTRACTOR(S) WILL USE THEIR BEST EFFORTS TO AVOID SCRATCHES IN TEMPERED GLASS, SCRATCHES NOT READILY VISIBLE WHEN
VIEWED FROM A DISTANCE OF THREE FEET OR GREATER SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED A
DEFECT.
