    BOTTLE MAKING PROCESS

    Coca-cola produce the bottle by usinghigh technology in machining, the irststep is making the preform bottle, thenshape it using cast machine.

    WATER FILTRATION ANDCOKE MAKING PROCESS

    Water taken from nature are iltered,then there will be coke making bymixture water with the other chemicalfood substances.

    AUTOMATION BOTTLEFULFILMENT

    Bottles are illed with coke automaticallyby machine , then covered with the redbottle lap.

    BOTTLE LABELLING

    Bottles are labeled with name Coca -

    cola.

    PACKAGING

    Bottles are packaged in the box beforedistributed to consumers.

    IDENTIFICATION FROM THE PICTURES

    1. The conveyor is too width, so the workers should maximize reach when inspec ng

    the product. Reach maximiza on could cause arm and hand get pain. 2. The workers height is not proper with the conveyor table so the worker should

    keep heads up when inspec ng. The neck and the elbow could get pain because

    theyre worked not in a normal posi on.

    3. The operators height is not proper with the monitors height. It could cause head-ache because his eyes are red because of uncomfortable posi on when watch-

    ing.

    HOW TO MAKE A BETTER WORKING POSITION ?

    1. Redesign the facili es, such as conveyors height and width.

    2. Add foo ng near the work facili es which is improper with the workers height.

    3. Choose the operator or worker who has height that proper with the facili es.
