Dear Mr. Davis:

On September 26, 2018 , ERGE collected water samples from limited drinking water sources at Columbiana Middle School, Shelby County High School And Elvin Hill Elementary School. A 1st

draw sample was collected from each water source.

All samples were collected in media provided by EMSL Analytical, an accredited laboratory. All samples were properly packaged and shipped to the laboratory for analysis by Lead In Water By Furnace AAS (EPA 200.9). The results of the testing is as follows:
