Contacted more than 5 agencies and collected offers.

Best bids came from DEKON and KONGRESIST, both very experienced firms, the latter organizer of ICC 2006 Istanbul.

The venue of choice by both agencies is ICEC (next page).

700 Euro registration fee appears feasible. A contract needs to be signed an estimated

20 K€ deposited to reserve the venue.

decent 3 star hotels) within walking distance In-house resturant-cafes available. Many

restaurants of all types within walking distance.
