• In our school, there are 14 classes, 345 children, 14 teachers, a headmistress, a librarian and 2 classroom assistants.

• He works with students considered at risk of dropping out.

• This teacher, which has been voluntary, works especially within the following fields : attention deficits, vocabulary, mental arithmetic, oral language...

• He supports groups of 6 to 10 pupils.

• This is the first attempt at introducing this role, it will take 3 years.

The figures of Provence are small, colourful, clay figurines, representing the nativity scene, the Magi and the shepherds, as well as a series of small figures, depicting the inhabitants of a Provencal village and their traditional occupations.

Gastronomie

Aïoli composed of garlic, salt, egg yolk and olive oil

Bouillabaisse is a traditional dish of Marseille. It consists of a

fish soup that is eaten with croutons of bread slathered

often garlicky, rust, fish served whole and potatoes

Daube is based on mutton, lamb, beef or bull marinated in

white wine or red wine.

Ratatouille is a culinary specialty (a stew of various

vegetables)Pissaladière is a culinary specialty of the region of
