Termination or Modification of the Agreement

In the event of unilateral termination or modification. a notice one academic year should be given. Neitherthe European Cbnimission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict.

Further requirements and information for each institution are included in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to thisAgreement ("Institutional fact sheets"). These annexes are an integral part of this Agreement.

At the University of Udine:

The original transcript of records (no carbon copy is accepted) with the exams done by the Italianstudent can be given or sent directly to hirn/her ORto the International Relations and Mobility Officeof I UDINEOl. .

The Learning Agreement or the changed Learning Agreement has to be given to the Italian studentwho will submit to the approval of the professor coordinator. .

The incoming Erasmus student/partner universities can check information about extension of studyperiod and changes tö the original L. Agreement on the web site of I UDINE01:

- Partner Universities have to send a detailed Erasmus nomination list by e-mail ([email protected]).I UDINEOI cannot guarantee the acceptance of another modality to nominate Erasmus studentsby partner Univer~ities (such as online nominations etc...).

- I UDINEOl will send its decision (information package) within 8 weeks at the maximum from thereception of the nomination letter

Transcript of Records

Erasmus incoming student at I UDINEOI has to collect the Transcript of Records beforeleaving Udine, otherwise the Transcript of Recordswill be issued and sent by I UDINEOl no laterthan 5 weeks directly to the personal post address of the student.
