The application works with 3 periods for:

1. Registration

• Staff may register and edit their application through the online application tool.

• Documents to be uploaded:• INVITATION LETTER

• CV

• MOBILITY AGREEMENT

• PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT

2. Pre-selection

Institutional coordinators will pre-select their staff

3. Selection

• Home Coordinator (USC) will confirm the pre-selected staff

• Contact the International Office at your University

• Get a contact at the USC:
