Inter-institutional agreement 2014-21between programme countries

The institutions named below agree to cooperate for the exchange of students and/ar staff in thecontext of the Erasmus+ programme. They commit to respect the quality requirements of theErasmus Charter for Higher Education in al! aspects related to the organisation and management ofthe mobility, in partlcular the recognition of the credits awarded to students by the partner institution.

At the date of signing the agreement, Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Physics has limitedinfrastructure to welcome students and staff with physical disabilities: each case will be analysedIndlvldually.The Faculty of Physics WUT at the date of signing the agreement has no regular teaching program inEnglish, however selected lectures are regularly given in English. Moreover each year a few visitingprofessors are giving a special lectures in English. For Engllsh speaklnq Incomlng students anindividual teaching programs will be arranged. A fuli master programme ls scheduled to start at 2015(specialization: photonics).

2. The receiving institution will send its decision within 2 weeks.3. A Transcript of Records wfll be Issued by the receiving institution no later than 5 weeks after

the assessment period has finished at the receiving HE!.4. Termination of the agreement

The present contract may be modified by either party in agreement with the other party. Theparties agree to solve in a frlendly manner any controversy arising from the interpretation ofthe present agreement. In the event of unilateral termination, a notice of at least oneacademic year should be glven to the other party. Neither the European Commission nor theNational Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict.In the event that notice of terminatlon ot the agreement is given, students who have alreadybeen selected and accepted for the exchange pregramme may still participate.Notwithstandlng the termination of the agreement, each institution agrees that it will continueto fulfil its responsibilities to exchange students already registered at their institution until thecompletion of thelr partlcular exchange period.
