» An Automated Storage & Retreival System also referred to as AS / RS is a combination of equipment & controls that handles, stores & retreives materials with precision, accuracy & speed. Systems can vary from relatively simple, manually controlled point of use storage structures to computer controlled storage & retreival sy-stems that are completely integrated in to the manufacturing & distribution process.

» We follow an iterative consultative process to develop systems requirements producing a detailed design concept that can be scrutinized, firmly priced and validated, without major capital in-vestment. Key Process Deliverables include:

» Functional Requirements Document (FRD): a plain English de-scription of business requirements. It defines the sequence of operations and the equipment including software/hardware into a clear document that describes the new automated system.

PANEL MANUFACTURING THE PANEL IS DESIGNED BY OUR ELECTRICAL DESIGN TEAM ADHERING TO THE CODES AND STANDARDS CONSIDERING THE ERGONOMIC ISSUES

State of art manufacturing facilities, with high-end tools and accessories backed up with the professional design and inspected by team of experience quality technicians. Our panels are dispatched to the customer only if it passes our 50 point QC check list.

We rectify most of the issues that arise commonly in a project during the design and once we get the approval the panel manufacturing process starts.

After design pre-FAT will be conducted by detailing the 2D CAD design and simulation. After manufacturing the Panel, FAT will be conducted at our project office before dispatch.

Our panels are made with utmost care and keeping in mind the codes and standards. For safety reasons we use all finger safe devices in our manufacturing process.

Our skilled team of professionals make the job easy during the installation and commissioning proceeding the SAT after completion of the project.

Our panel shops are built adhering to the standards and codes put forward by IEC, BSI and UL.
