We are pleased to welcome The Reverend Burt Kettinger to GFMC today as he ministers to us in music through his rich Bass/Baritone voice in both services this morning and in concert at 6:00 this evening. Sound Servant Ministries, located in Wheaton, Illinois, is the corporation under which Burt travels in his concert and preaching ministry. Burt’s heartcry is to encourage all who are in pilgrimage withJesus Christ, as well as to bring new followers into His Kingdom. A freewill offering will be taken at the concert. Checks should be made out to Sound Servant Ministries. Recordings will be available at a table in the CE Annex Lounge this morning and at the back of the sanctuary before and after the concert.

SoulCare is an 8-week video series by Larry Crabb that has the potential to transform our relationships, both within the Body of Christ and outside of it. SoulCare shows us how to walk alongside the people in our lives, not to fix them, but to join them on the journey toward drawing ever nearer to God and igniting our love and passion for God and others. There are two opportunities to be a part of SoulCare: 1. Monday mornings at 9:00 a.m. at Rebecca Roberts’ house beginning February 3. 2. Thursday evenings at 6:15 p.m. at the church in room A108 beginning February 12.Please call Rebecca Roberts at 618-421-5338 if you are interested in either class.

Financial Planning Opportunity for GFMC AttendersCary Holman serves as the Regional Representative with The Free Methodist Foundation which offers a full range of financial and estate planning services from a Christian stewardship perspective.
